Just For Customers
Just For Customers User Registration Information
First time users - to register, you will need to provide the following information:
- Customer Reference Number (this is a 7 or 8 digit number that can be found on your assessment report. This number will be on the front of every old style BSI assessment report or on the back of the new e-report.)
- Licence/ Certificate number - The 5 digit portion of your licence number. (Do not include the licence prefix, ie: FM, FS, EMS)
- Email address
Register to Just For Customers as a New User.
Already registered
- Username and Password Known
When you come to Just For Customers, please click on the Log In button on the homepage, or on any of the left-hand links to navigate around the Just For Customers website. You will be asked to provide your Username and Password. - Password Unknown/Forgotten
BSI does not have access to see what your password is, but you can request to be sent a New Password. This will require the customer reference number, licence number and the email address that is already registered.
When you register to Just For Customers you will receive an 8-digit alpha-numeric password. Both your username and password are case sensitive, and you can change your password to something more memorable.
In order to change your password, you must first know your existing password to login. If you do not know your existing password, request a New Password. Otherwise, Change your Password.
